Holding steady
sometimes we have to squeeze in what is important
I have recently been working in our clinic every day and, with that altered schedule, I’ve had very little time to write or read. However I have snuck in some time to take Chief, our bundle of joy, to the trail and this was him yesterday…
Instead of an essay of my own I am sharing a couple things caught my attention that I thought you might enjoy:
Stoic Wisdoms makes many great points in this essay about how to stop overthinking. I will return to this piece many times.
Ashley Kelsch offers us a solid reality check about women, wine and how easy it is to fool ourselves.
I hope my schedule will permit reflection and writing in the coming weeks so I can be back with you in my ususal format. Until then, let us hold both the big stuff and the small stuff gently in our hearts while opening our eyes to both what is possible, and what is not, so we can act with a clearer head.

Thanks for this Donna
I have tried to use Question 1 and find it very helpful. What is so fascinating about this is the why we continue to worry. I appreciate how the response in the article suggests it is because we want to do something and fretting or being anxious about the issue is something.
I appreciated this and is something I will use going forward.
I loved the whole article 💗
Insightful as always
