Today’s mission is to figure out what we can do about the stuckness of the universal law of resistance. For some weird reason, we all tend to fight it when we’re trying to help ourselves. Whether it’s to initiate a difficult conversation or take the promotion, at some point in the process of self-improvement we get a strong urge to sit on the couch or run the other way.
Here’s what we can do about that.
