I love that you’re here at The Bright Lifewhere we learn to hear our inner whisper and have the courage to follow it. This is the fourth part of a series on guilt where we are exploring what is, and is not guilt and what we can do about it. In this essay I’m talking about what we feel when we have to choose between two things that are both important. I’m also questioning if it’s selfish to follow our desires, why we tend to feel uncomfortable when we want something and we label that uneasiness as guilt rather than looking a little deeper. I hope you join me.
