It is hopeful, isn't it Heath? I get inspired by reading about folks in their 70's and 80's doing stuff I wouldn't have thought possible - talk about a fluid identity and not buying into a story!
The tricky thing is that we are tangled in our own interpretation because it’s like a safety net so it becomes hard to tell what’s truly us and what’s the story we believe about ourselves.

Writing and reading in point form is lazy. I get that! But sometimes it's like candy for our brain (or at least my brain🤣) and the concepts seem to sink in a little more because they don't require a deep read. I'm glad a couple of them stood out for you.
I'm glad you liked that line, I did too. Sometimes it helps to know that we don't have to DO anything - no steps toward that damn self-improvement - we simply have to give life a teensy bit of space so our own self can show up. (and here's me with the good grammar)
I love the idea of identity being fluid… that’s why learning and experiencing new things is so fun I guess… we can continuously expand who we are ❤️
