Very true. Lately for me it’s routine. I’m caring for my dying father. The fiancée and I had to cancel our trip to Morocco. This has been an 18 month process. I’m whipped. I crave adventure.

You are in the grinder Michael and my heart goes out to you. Reading your recent post about him coming home and the combo of growth, frustration, discouragement and exhaustion you are experiencing it's palpable. So many cliche platitudes come to mind to offer but they are meaningless in the face of showing up. One good thing is you have done your share of really hard things and know how to show up fully...keep doing that.

To my readers I highly recommend Michael's writing, he posted the link above. Check it out. Once I get organized enough to do proper recommendations his will be my first. I am enjoying his perspective from a vantage point different than mine: male, American, younger, fiction (sometimes) writer as well as some interesting political views I need to educate myself on.

I agree, it's no coincidence. As I shared with you earlier in the week I am happy our paths have crossed! Creating an online community of like minded souls is feeling amazing and offers wonderful room for growth.
